What we collect
- Account details (name, email, password hash) if you register
- Order and delivery details (name, address, phone, order contents)
- Payment status from our payment providers (we do not store full card numbers)
- Messages you send through contact or trade enquiry forms
- Technical data such as IP address and device type, used to run the site and prevent abuse
Cookies and tracking
Necessary cookies keep your basket, login and checkout working. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Contentsquare session replay, Endorsal review widgets, Tawk chat) and advertising cookies (Google Ads, Meta Pixel) load only if you accept them in the cookie banner. - Shipping carriers such as Royal Mail, DPD and similar
- Email delivery to send order and account messages
- Analytics and ads partners only after you consent: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Contentsquare, Endorsal, Tawk.to
We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as needed for accounts, tax and warranty-style replacements. You can ask us to delete an account; we may retain invoices where the law requires it.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, corrections, deletion, or restriction, and you can object to certain processing (a subject access request, or DSAR). Contact us via the contact page or [email protected]. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you are unhappy with how we handle your data.
