The shop
These terms apply to orders placed on this website. We sell custom vinyl-cut stickers made to the design you submit at checkout. Prices are in GBP (£). This business is not VAT registered, so VAT is not charged.

Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when payment is confirmed and we start production. You are responsible for checking spelling, handle text, size and colour before paying. We cut what you submit.
Production and delivery
Most orders are cut and packed within 1–2 working days after payment. Delivery times at checkout are estimates in working days after dispatch. We ship to the United Kingdom, Ireland and selected EU countries. See shipping and delivery.
Cancellations and returns
Because stickers are personalised and made to order, change-of-mind returns do not apply once cutting has started. You can cancel before production. Damaged parcels are replaced. Full detail: returns and cancellations.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We are not liable for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, or for delays caused by carriers or customs.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. UK consumers may also rely on the mandatory consumer laws of the country they live in.
